### General
**What is My Emails?**
My Emails is a SharePoint Online dashboard card (compatible with Viva Connections) that displays the number of unread emails from a user’s Outlook inbox and provides a direct link to Outlook from your intranet.
**Where can I use My Emails?**
It can be added to modern SharePoint Online pages and is supported in the Viva Connections Dashboard
**Is My Emails mobile-friendly?**
Yes. My Emails is fully responsive and works across desktop browsers, tablets and mobile devices.

### Configuration
**How do I set it up?**
The setup process follows the same simple logic as other Accelerator 365 apps.
Ensure the API permissions are approved by a Global Administrator, then add the My Emails card to your SharePoint page. See the full [Getting Started](https://support.accelerator365.com/en/my-emails-getting-started?hsLang=en) guide for detailed instructions.
\***Note**: My Emails is only supported in the Viva Connections Dashboard - ensure Viva Connections is configured and your dashboard is set up.
**What permissions are required for the app to function properly?**

### Editing
**Does My Emails support audience targeting?**
Yes. Like all dashboard cards, My Emails supports SharePoint audience targeting, so you can select who sees this web part.

### Appearance
**Can I switch between different versions of Outlook?**
Yes, the card allows you to switch between the “New Outlook app” experience and the ”Outlook on the web” experience. Note that from the Teams desktop experience it is not possible to open the Outlook app and so users will be given the option to open Outlook on the web.

### Licensing & Trial
**Is there a free trial available?**
Yes. A 60-day full-featured trial is available ([learn more here](https://support.accelerator365.com/en/getting-started/claim-a-free-trial?hsLang=en)).
**What happens when the trial ends?**
Once the trial expires, the app stops functioning until a valid license is applied; your configuration and data remain intact.
