Required API permissions
The following Microsoft Graph API permissions are required:
| Scope | Purpose |
| Mail.ReadBasic | Read user basic mail. |
These permissions are delegated and organisation-wide and require approval by a user with the Global Administrator role after the app has been deployed.
Recommended deployment scope
The My Emails app will only be available on the home site of your SharePoint tenant.
Therefore, it is recommended to select the Enable this app and add it to all sites option on deployment (see the Installation instructions page).
