How to view data for a specific date range in the Content Manager Dashboard

Adjust date ranges in the Content Manager Dashboard to focus on specific periods and gain targeted insights into your content.

All dashboards in the Content Manager Dashboard allow you to view popular content, engagement, and overall traffic metrics for the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or within a custom date range using the date picker.

  1. To apply date filters, navigate to the specific dashboard you want to analyze, such as the All Sites or a specific Site Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the section where date filtering is available. Let's use the Overall Traffic section on the All Sites Dashboard as an example.

    You can select from the 7, 30, or 90-day options, or use the date picker to choose a custom range. Keep in mind that the date picker will only display data as far back as CMD has collected it.
  3. Once you've selected your desired dates, the data in that dashboard section will automatically update to reflect your chosen time period.
