Where can I use Noticeboard?
You can add the Noticeboard web part to any modern SharePoint Online page. It is also compatible with Viva Connections, so it can function within Microsoft Teams or as part of your intranet experience.
Is Noticeboard mobile-friendly?
Yes. Noticeboard is fully responsive and designed to display correctly on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Configuration
How do I set it up?
Add the Noticeboard web part to a page. In the web part’s property pane, select the source site (to create the required SharePoint lists behind the scenes) and configure categories, search and appearance options. See the full Getting started guide for detailed instructions.
What permissions are required for the app to function properly?

Editing
What content can I include in a notice?
You can include a title, description, optional image, icon, category, and link. The text area supports standard formatting so you can style your content clearly.
Can I edit or delete notices after publishing?

What layout options are available?
You can choose between two types of layouts: Compact or Standard. Choose the layout that best fits the type of content you want to showcase.
Can I choose the pagination style?

Licensing & Trial
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. A 60-day full-featured trial is available (learn more here).
What happens when the trial ends?
After the 60-day trial ends, the web part will stop working until a license is added. You’ll be guided through how to purchase and activate a license. If you choose not to continue, the rest of your page and site remain unaffected.
